Inform the location, number and size of rooms. Include pictures, contact details and a description of extra facilities like reception spaces or technical aids such as interactive screens. Propose fees for a month or longer by half day and full day. Tip: Keep your fees competitive for the current climate.

Advertise what you need giving your phone and email contacts. Tip: Write a few lines for owners about you and your activity.
FROM SEPTEMBER 2021 Regular Newsletter to Renters and Owners with everyone's contact details. Then it's up to interested parties to connect with each other.
CONTRACTS: All in + TVA or normal short term (sub-) rental. Tip: Some classroom owners and some course providers do not charge TVA to clients and cannot deduct it on what they pay.

SIMPLE SYSTEM answers the question how to rent out and find temporary training rooms at economic prices? Answer: 1) There are no expensive agency fees. 2) With rentals of a minimum of one month x half day (or full day for two weeks), each booking is financially interesting for classroom owners.
